WHITEBAIT – 1 BAG

• Each bag contains 454g worth of individually frozen whitebait
• Try adding a little curry powder to the flour before you coat them
• 1 bag would make around 6 starter portions

Very small fish for eating whole. Gorgeous. You get about 80 fish in a pack. Dredge in flour and deep fry for about two and a half minutes. Did you ever try adding a little curry powder to your flour? Or sprinkle with cayenne pepper. The whitebait are individually frozen meaning you don’t have to eat the whole bag at once.  Before you ask, yes – eating them whole means you do not gut them. Very rich in calcium as you are eating all those bones.
